4. Onboarding and Launch
You get:

-The right to operate under the Eurorent brand
-exclusive right to the city as a rental agent
-Ready-made Google Ads and Meta marketing templates
-No risk of a long commitment (only 3 months initially)
goal to get at least 2 assignments
-Opportunity to earn 60% of every referral commission
5. Earn Comission
You keep 60% of every succesful rental deal.
6.Administration and starter package
This is country-specific, but in practice, one successful assignment pays back the initial fee many times over.

Is this an employment position?

Agents promoted on the EuroRent platform operate as independent, self-employed professionals.
No employment, partnership, or agency relationship is created.
What does EuroRent do?

What is my role as an agent?
As an independent agent, you:
Operate in your own local market
Communicate directly with landlords and tenants
Handle negotiations and rental agreements
Ensure compliance with local laws, licensing, and tax obligations

How do I earn money?
Income is commission-based.

Is there a platform or onboarding fee?
Yes.
Access to the EuroRent platform includes a city-specific digital marketing package, which covers:
Online visibility on eurorent.in
Marketing support and lead distribution
Platform access during the initial period
Details of the platform access fee are explained transparently during onboarding.
How long is the initial agreement?
The initial platform access period is 3 months.
After this period, continuation is based on performance and subject to a monthly platform fee.
What happens after the initial period?
Cooperation continues, agents pay a monthly platform access fee for ongoing digital visibility and marketing services.
There is no long-term obligation, and either party may discontinue the cooperation according to the agreement.
What if I don't receive any inquiries during the initial period?
There is no guarantee of inquiries or transactions.
EuroRent provides marketing exposure, but results depend on local market conditions and the agent's own activity.
Does EuroRent guarantee clients or income?
No.
EuroRent does not guarantee inquiries, clients, or income.
Success depends on market demand, pricing, responsiveness, and the agent's professional performance.
Can I work with other platforms or clients?
Yes.
Agents remain fully independent and may work with other platforms, agencies, or private clients.
Who is responsible for contracts and payments?
All contracts, agreements, and payments are handled directly between the agent and the client.
EuroRent is not a party to rental agreements.
In which cities can I operate?
Agents operate in one designated city during the platform access period.
Each city is promoted individually to ensure strong local visibility.
