Platform access during the initial period
Details of the platform access fee are explained transparently during onboarding.
How long is the initial agreement?
The initial platform access period is 6 months.
After this period, continuation is based on performance and subject to a monthly platform fee.
What happens after the initial period?
Cooperation continues, agents pay a monthly platform access fee for ongoing digital visibility and marketing services.
There is no long-term obligation, and either party may discontinue the cooperation according to the agreement.
What if I don't receive any inquiries during the initial period?
There is no guarantee of inquiries or transactions.
EuroRent provides marketing exposure, but results depend on local market conditions and the agent's own activity.
Does EuroRent guarantee clients or income?
No.
EuroRent does not guarantee inquiries, clients, or income.
Success depends on market demand, pricing, responsiveness, and the agent's professional performance.
In which cities can I operate?
Agents operate in one designated city during the platform access period.
Each city is promoted individually to ensure strong local visibility.
